British Chamber of Commerce – Singapore
The chamber wanted a full fledged interactive portal for the members to communicate with each other.
BCC manages membership levels; facilitate networking, schedule meetings, conferences and broadcast news alerts. The portal was designed, developed and delivered in record time and within budget by a four member web development team. We continue to handle the enhancement and upgrades.

Greek Connect – Sorority social network, USA
A social network for fraternity and sorority students with the primary aim of efficient and effective communication.
Accordingly, the traditional functions of messaging are optimized with the modern look and the selective security allows safe and private messages at all levels. This center of Greek Life provides members every resource to succeed as a chapter and community. It’s easy to use private portal links sponsoring universities, employers and marketers to co-ordinate events enable careers and develop lasting bonds. Greek Connect preserves the integrity of its members through exclusive membership, responsible design and managed content. Only Universities (school) will register to Greek Connect and there will be an administrator to control the activities. Under each university there are chapters with Greek staff and members. Greek staffs are the ones who manage activities. The My Family section of the site has grown into one of Greek Connect's most unique features. This profile connects a chapter family for generations to come and may trace previously unknown chapter history.
The portal was built under Php / MySQL, an open source technology by a dedicated 6 member offshore team consisting of designers, developers and a quality assurance engineer.
BlastSpot – A community network, USA
A social networking portal developed for a US based client, connecting schools and colleges. BlastSpot is expanding all the time.
This academic networking portal helps to advertise and promote campus events for free in one location. Meet and talk on Blast Spot's discussion boards and share pictures, documents and link with the rest of the community. The community spot is where one can see everyone within the campus. One can search for the related school and immediately sign up to it. Each Groupspot is being constantly updated through interactive web pages that can be kept private or shared with communities. One can easily blast messages and more to the user group in one step. Blasts get sent to each group member's designated email and are also available in each group's spot, keeping all groups' communication organized and in one place.
All of the group events and assignments are automatically imported into the personal calendar. One can organize busy schedules with almost no effort by creating a Blastspot calendar of their own. The user home page is personalized to import class schedules, recurring events, assignments, reminders etc. The user can attach personal notes to any group events or create stand alone notes as reminders on their own calendar, have personal schedule available anytime, anywhere. Project delivered on time and within budget using agile methodology.
Portal for architecture news – United Kingdom
A high profile print and design company and winner of several prestigious awards, based in south west of England, who has promoted the number one portal for architects in the world.
The requirement was to formulate an internet strategy for the client to bring architects from all over the world under a portal, on a subscription basis so that they could showcase some of the unique architectural projects undertaken to a worldwide audience.
The portal was designed, developed, tested and delivered in record time using PHP 4.1 under fusebox methodology, an open source development framework. The payment integration was done using HSBC CPI. The portal is currently being redesigned with web 2.0 strategy.
Biotech knowledgetree extranet – London, UK
Our client, a leading player in the Biotechnology sector was on the lookout for an extranet with information accessible on different products with the need to be accessible to: their office staff, remote workers, data partners, pharmaceutical companies and regulatory authorities – thus drastically cutting down cost of communication and information search.
The system stores and tracks version information related to the different products that are being created through an intuitive user interface. The categories information store is dynamic. Security was a key requirement and we implemented captcha login, SSL and IP restrictions. Users and user groups were having differing permissions and they were managed through a user admin system. There is also a workflow automation component, for tasks could be created and these could trigger responsible users to perform assigned tasks. Automated system event based messaging and a custom compliance component were built for the regulatory element. The extranet supported all modern browsers IE 6+, IE 7+, Firefox and Safari. We customised Knowledgetree, an open source product, used by a number of bio-tech companies and essentially a document management system incorporating permissions and workflows
A dominant Insurance player – London UK
A dominant player in the internet driven insurance and travel loyalty related services based in London (UK) with the current insurance tariffs calculated by a complex matrix that comprises of variables such as age, destination, season, duration and size of the group.
The front office staff spent considerable time in calculating the rates for customer queries via telephone and web, thus losing productive staff hours.
An intuitive and scalable Excel uploader that used Apache POI interfacing was built, allowing staff to seamlessly determine the rates on a daily basis, thus improving on user experience and enhancing productivity. The delivery was smooth and professional.

A London based clothing retailer with suppliers worldwide.
The client wanted a complex web based data mining system to assess production schedules that feeds raw material requisition to suppliers worldwide
We used a blend of onsite and offsite resources to interact with the client and project managers to capture the exact specifications and build this complex portal under Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 . The project involved extensive data mining using web olap services.
Newstar – IFA portal, London, UK
Newstar is one among the leading IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) based in London (UK).
We designed and built a dynamic web application for the client which incorporated the following features. Fund manager login to provide updated information to investors – individual, corporate and institutional. Password protected Investor logon to track individual portfolios. Weekly market updates on bonds, shares and units, and Weekly e-Statement of portfolio.
Client Intranet for Filtergroup – Singapore
A geographically distributed service provider based out of Singapore, having offices in eight countries.
The client wanted a complex intranet – a virtual back office – that would manage clients, employees, quotations and jobs. The time sheet with lock-out is the best feature of this intranet, ensuring timely updating of work-log.
With the help of remote conference and voice over IP, we interacted with the client to ensure that the specification was captured right. This fourteen man-month project was delivered on time and within budget with near zero defects. Implementation of AJAX resulted in better user experience.
Multi Level Marketing – San Diego, USA
This flash enabled Multi Level Marketing (MLM) microsite portal was going through its worst crisis as the sole developer had moved in search of greener pastures, leaving the client in a fix.
Our initial job was to prove that we could take over from where he had left off, by replicating the site on one of our internal servers. This Los Angeles based client wanted the entire portal to be up and running within a week.
Our development team worked long hours to ensure that the site was replicated elsewhere so as to gain client confidence, thus enabling us to bring about many enhancements and optimizations to existing framework. We continue to bring about enhancements to this portal.
Google ranking comparison tool for Irelandholidays – Cork, Ireland
A leading internet service provider based in south west Ireland and running a popular villa rental business that adopted a search engine enquiry model to attract worldwide holiday makers.
Having invested considerably in positioning engines through various third parties, it was important to know the return on investment (ROI). The effectiveness was gauged by closely monitoring the different search engines (google in particular)
We were approached by the client to develop an Application Programming Interface (API) for google that would enable them to save current search results into a database regularly and alert significant shift in search rankings through an automated scheduler.
The complex product was delivered to exact client expectations, on time and within budget using a scalable web application development platform from Adobe.
News consolidation engine for US Senator – Washington, USA
A leading internet service provider based at Washington (VA) who wanted a single page solution that would capture headlines from major newspaper websites worldwide, to be viewed by senators.
We built a website 'scraper' using a set of complex regular expression parsers that would group the content into a single page for easy viewing and convert them on-the-fly to PDF. The site is updated on a regular basis to keep up with the changing web formats.
